Whether we’re catering in a small home based functions, big events, or award functions our central ethos for health and nutrition remains the same – to ensure that customers are able to choose a varied and balanced diet that should help them to learn or work to the best of their abilities.

Our aim is to be responsible rather than faddy and to develop menus that take account of healthy eating guidelines – encouraging customers to consume the Government-recommended five portions of fruit and vegetables each day.
